Mint Dark Chocolate Protein Balls

These deliciously nutritious little bites are perfect for when you’re heading out the door or in need of a quick pick-me-up! They are energising, surprisingly filling and a great plant-powered source of protein.


1 tbsp dark chocolate drops
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/3 cup desiccated coconut
3 Medjool dates
1/3 cup oats (gluten-free if required!)
2 tbsp Sacred Vitality Cacao


  • Blitz the chocolate drops in a food processor for half a minute, or until they are very small chunks
  • Add the coconut oil and dates and continue to pulse
  • When a dough-like texture has formed, use a tablespoon to scoop out the mixture and roll into small balls (this recipe makes roughly 7!)
  • Store in the fridge
