I switched over to cacao about 2 months ago, and I love it. I find the Fire flavor the most distinctive, and I drink it in the morning. I drink Vitality as an afternoon pick-me-up and to curb my post-lunch sweet tooth cravings. It took a week or so for my body to adjust to life without coffee, but I'm now 100% hooked. 1) I love drinking antioxidants and all the other good things that come from cacao, and 2) my everyday anxiety level has drastically reduced. I highly recommend all Sacred Taste flavors, and especially Fire.
