Our Sacred Cacao Bark is one of our favourite guilt-free deserts. It's refined sugar free, gluten free and dairy free, with only a few essential ingredients it’s the perfect treat!. Goes great with a Sacred Shake!

- 200 g solid cacao butter
- 6/7 Tablespoons Sacred Earth
- 3 tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- 4 Tablespoon Almonds
- 2 Tablespoon coconut flakes
- 2 Tablespoon Goji Berries
Bring a quarter-full saucepan of water to boil and turn the heat down to simmer. Add cacao butter to a heatproof bowl and place over water.
Stir cacao butter until almost melted and take off heat onto countertop to continue melting. It is important that the cacao butter doesn’t overheat above 48°C
Add Cacao powder, maple syrup and vanilla essence to the melted cacao butter and whisk until dissolved. If the temperature has dropped below 32°C, warm up slightly to make the mix smooth and silky.
Add salt and whisk together. Line a tray with baking paper and pour the chocolate into the tray, and let it spread to edges creating a thin layer of bark.
Place the tray into the fridge and it will be ready to enjoy in 2 hours. Store In fridge to ensure the bark is extra crispy!
