How long does shipping take?
All orders are dispatched between 1-2 business days. Our standard shipping time is between 3-5 business days within Australia, and 5-10 business days outside Australia. But don't worry, we'll keep you updated every step of the way, so you know exactly when your order will arrive!
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! We provide tracking information for all our orders, so you can easily track your shipment online. We'll also send you email updates along the way, so you always know where your order is.
What is your exchange and refund policy?
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be defective or faulty. Photographic or video evidence of this must be provided, along with your proof of purchase emailed to support@sacredtaste.com in order to approve and process your exchange if the item is defective or faulty. Our customer service team will happily be able to help assist you in this process.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds of exchanges for change of mind or not suitable purchases.
For refunds, we will issue the funds back to the same method of payment that is on the invoice.
Claims must be made within 30 days of the invoice date of purchase.
