Time: 5 minutes
- 1-4 heaped tablespoons of Cacao (10-40g)
- 250mls of Spring Water
- Pinch of Cayenne Pepper (if desired)
- Coconut Sugar or organic sweetener (if desired)
- Add the ingredients into a saucepan
- Warm & whisk until smooth & creamy
- Pour into your favourite vessel & enjoy
- Beginners start with 1 tablespoon of Cacao and work your way up to 4.
- To preserve the benefits, heat the Cacao until just melted & warm, not hot.
How to have a Ceremony:
- Find a nice quiet place
- Sit in a comfortable position
- Relax & take 3 deep breaths
- Hold your Cacao to your heart & connect with it
- Invite in the spirit of Cacao & set your intention
- Sip your Cacao mindfully with this intention in mind
- Play some music & meditate or move for 10-15 minutes
- Take some time to journal
- Give thanks!
