The perfect quick and easy breakfast!
Ingredients
Cacao layer:
- 1/3 cup whole oats
- 1 tbsp/ heaped scoop of Sacred Earth blend
- 1 scoop protein powder
- pinch of cinnamon
- 1 medjool date
- Milk of choice
Blitz oats in a blender to a flour-like consistency. Add all dry ingredients + chopped up date to a jar then fill with milk & stir. Keep adding milk & stirring until all combined into a thick cake batter-like texture. Refrigerate overnight.
Coconut chia pudding layer:
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup alt milk of choice
- optional; vanilla bean /extract

Assemble in a glass, jar, or bowl by layering the cacao pudding with the chia pudding. Top with your choice of berries, fruit, nut butters, seeds, or any favourite toppings.
The perfect breakfast prep that will last in your fridge for 3-5 days.
