Cacao Coconut Pudding

Cacao Coconut Chia Pudding

Simple, easy and so delicious! Packed full of antioxidants, magnesium, iron, calcium, zinc & healthy fats to keep you fueled for the day! 

The perfect quick and easy breakfast!


Cacao layer: 

~ 1/3 cup whole oats 

~ 1 tbsp/ heaped scoop of Sacred Earth blend

~ 1 scoop protein powder 

~ pinch of cinnamon 

~ 1 medjool date 

~ Milk of choice 

Blitz oats in a blender to a flour-like consistency. Add all dry ingredients + chopped up date to a jar then fill with milk & stir. Keep adding milk & stirring until all combined into a thick cake batter-like texture. Refrigerate overnight.  

Coconut chia pudding layer: 

~ 2 tbsp chia seeds 

~ 1/2 cup alt milk of choice 

~ optional; vanilla bean /extract 

In a jar, stir in seeds + milk + vanilla and mix well. Refrigerate overnight. 

Assemble in a glass/jar/container by layering the cacao pudding with the chia pudding & top with berries/fruit of choice/ nut butters/seeds etc

The perfect breakfast prep that will last in your fridge for 3-5 days.
