Terms and Conditions of Entry

1. Promoter

Sacred Taste's "Win a Year's Supply of Cacao" competition is run by Sacred Taste Pty Ltd (ABN 50 618 265 722), located at 2 Stawell Street, Richmond VIC 3121, Australia.

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Sacred Taste and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Conditions of Entry

To enter the competition, participants must submit their name and email address on the entry form on the Sacred Taste website from 31 May - 2 June 2024.
Only one entry per person is allowed.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be disqualified.
By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) 'A Year's Supply of Cacao' prize, consisting of 12 x 250g packs of cacao, delivered to the winner's nominated address. The prize will be delivered.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Delivery address must be within Australia.
Sacred Taste reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of similar value at any time.

5. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random on Thursday 6 June 2024 from all eligible entries received.
The winner will be notified by email.
If the winner does not claim the prize by the time indicated by the Promoter, or if the winner cannot be contacted, or cannot provide suitable proof as to eligibility, or compliance with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will do another random selection.
The winner's name and city of residence will be published on the Sacred Taste website and social media channels.

6. Liability

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Sacred Taste is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by participants in connection with the competition, including but not limited to any indirect or consequential loss.
Sacred Taste is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants' or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this competition.
Sacred Taste reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time without prior notice.

7. Privacy

Sacred Taste will collect and use participants' personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which can be found on the Sacred Taste website.
