Light a candle, burn some sage or incense and clear the energy. Create a safe space that feels calm, and intentional - whether it's your living room or a quiet spot in nature. This time is for you.

Add 1-3 scoops (10-30g) of Cacao per 250ml of purified water into a saucepan. Heat to 65°C and whisk until smooth and creamy. Pour into your favourite vessel and take a moment to drop in.
