This week at Sacred we’re catching up with divine Mila, healer, tarot reader and teacher of the mysterious Akashic Records. As Mila says herself, “Magic has always been in my life.” This we know. We can feel it in her presence, hear it dancing in her words.
Whilst spiritual dimensions have always been accessible for Mila, it wasn’t until she met with a channeller in Argentina that she fully understood her gift:

So what are the Akashic records?
“They are the records of your soul.” Mila explains, her voice radiant with awe. “This means everything that your soul has been through: past lives, karma, your purpose, even your future. Everything is written in the Akashic records.”
Mila, who has always had the capacity to receive visions and messages from beyond, was looking for answers. Seven years ago, she finally found them.
“I sat down with a beautiful channeller and she told me, Mila, you're a bridge. A bridge to this earth, a bridge to other dimensions, and you are here to help people believe in the magic of love.”
She left the session and began her journey, learning about the Akashic records. She left her job as a journalist, moved to Australia and became a full time spiritual teacher.
Mila’s connection with Cacao
“Earth has everything to heal us.” Mila reflects, contemplating what makes Cacao medicine so potent. “There’s a reason why everyone likes chocolate. But there’s more. A deeper story, especially when we go to the raw form. I guide them through love, to love.
“You need to be in that open hearted energy to be in my sessions.” Mila continues, as her voice glitters with clarity. “Otherwise the information channelled will not enter your walls. Cacao helps people feel that openness. The warmth of the sacred medicine opens their hearts.”

I’ve always been brave to follow my heart, no matter the heartbreak. The space created by heartbreak is a perfect crack, so there can be more love, so it can be bigger and stronger.
“Love takes courage.” Mila expresses. “Because we have to trust the unknown, take a leap of faith, it takes us to the ends of the earth. Ultimately, happiness and love are what we’re here for.”
